Lawful Basis for Processing

Consent of the data subject for purpose No. 1 (answering your queries or sending you information related to your request), which you grant us when sending us a query.


Performance of the contract signed for purpose No. 2 (contractual obligations for the acquisition of products and/or services), under the conditions indicated in the contract we may formalize, as well as compliance with legal tax obligations derived from the contract.

Information to the Data Subject Regarding the Collection and Processing of their Curriculum Data


Your data will be processed based on the Consent given by you, for its inclusion in our organization’s candidate database for employment, which includes our group companies.


Your data will not be transferred to third parties, except for the cases expressed in our privacy policies (which you can consult at any time), which will be cases requested by competent legal or administrative authorities and/or to our service providers in the exercise of their functions to fulfill our contractual relationship.


Your personal data will be cancelled when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected or recorded and, in any case, will not remain active in our databases for more than 24 months without having been updated. If your data cannot be updated after 24 months, they must be blocked or deleted from our databases.

Data Retention Criteria

We will retain the data for the statutory limitation period for legal obligations, and as long as there is a continued interest in maintaining relations by both parties, so we will proceed to delete them when it is no longer necessary to achieve the purposes that justified their processing. Curricula received will be destroyed if they are discarded from possible selection processes we may carry out, retaining them for a maximum period of one year.

Retention period for your data for sending commercial communications:

-If you have expressly authorized us, we will retain your data until you decide to withdraw your consent.

-If you have maintained a contractual relationship with us and we send you commercial communications, we will retain your data until you decide to object to such processing.

How to Update Your Personal Data

The User guarantees that the personal data provided to us through this website are truthful, correct, current, and complete. The User must notify us of any modification or update thereof, by sending a communication to the postal or electronic addresses indicated in the section “Where can you exercise your rights?”
