With an investment of approximately €400 million, this ambitious project involved the construction of nearly 39 kilometers of new dual carriageway, aiming to improve traffic flow, road safety, and reduce congestion in key urban areas.

Key elements of the project included:

The M11 has significantly improved travel times, safety, and regional connectivity across southeast Ireland.

Between May 2018 and August 2019, Protecnium provided:
