Completions Manager Job Offer for Renewable Energy (Hydropower) in Australia

Protecnium is seeking a Completions Manager for a major hydropower infrastructure project in New South Wales (NSW), Australia. This key role focuses on managing the handover process of physical project facilities, coordinating documentation, punch lists, and ensuring compliance with quality and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and manage the Completions Management Plan aligned with the Handover Management Plan.

•Coordinate completion milestones and monitor project progress.

•Review subcontractors’ deliverables and ensure quality compliance.

•Manage inspections, documentation, and closeout records.

•Collaborate with construction, commissioning, and quality teams for seamless handover.

•Ensure training, documentation, and certifications are ready for handover.

•Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

•Report completion status to project leadership.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

•10–15 years in construction or infrastructure projects.

•5+ years in project completions roles, preferably hydropower or hydraulic projects.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Aconex, and management software.

•English proficiency at C1 level and White Card (or willingness to obtain).
