As part of our continued growth in the United States, we are currently seeking a Production Manager to support a major highway construction project in Los Angeles, California.

Role Overview: Production Manager

As Production Manager, you will be a key figure in the day-to-day execution of the project. You will be responsible for coordinating site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering work that meets both schedule and quality expectations.

Main Responsibilities

•Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities including excavation, grading, paving, and concrete works.

•Oversee subcontractor performance and maintain efficient communication to ensure alignment with project goals.

•Lead the construction of critical elements such as freeway ramps, structural walls, drainage systems, and median barriers.

•Plan and sequence work in coordination with engineers and project planners to ensure timely progress.

•Monitor productivity, equipment usage, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency and control costs.

•Enforce compliance with Caltrans standards and safety regulations applicable in California.

•Lead daily site briefings and toolbox talks to promote a strong safety culture.

•Document daily activities, progress updates, and report key issues or delays to the Project Director and client representatives.

•Anticipate potential construction challenges and propose practical, timely solutions.

Qualifications

•Minimum 6 years of experience as a Production Manager or similar role in road, highway, or heavy civil engineering projects

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience

•Demonstrated expertise in earthworks, drainage systems, paving, concrete structures, and utility relocation

•Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing field teams and subcontractors

•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving site conditions

•Experience working under U.S. construction standards; knowledge of Caltrans specifications is a strong plus
