The project is a steel complex in Bellara, in northeastern Algeria, for an overall amount of 154 million dollars (about 137.5 million euros). The project consists of the execution of the Balance of Plant (BOP) works for the steel complex being promoted by the Algerian Qatari Steel Corporation in the Bellara industrial zone.

Protecnium provided surveyors and draughtsmen for the monitoring works.
