Widening of SR 821 (HEFT) from Florida Turnpike to south of Miramar Parkway in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. The main HEFT freeway is widened from four lanes to eight lanes, three 12-foot general purpose lanes and one 12-foot express lane. Other project work includes milling and resurfacing, roadway widening, bridge widening, pavement markings, lighting, ITS, noise walls and drainage improvements.
