The Oran Tramway is one of the most emblematic works in the Middle East. With a capacity to carry 90,000 passengers per day, it will enable up to 88 million people to use its facilities annually.

The Oran Tramway, with a budget of 365 million euros, has a bidirectional line 18.7 kilometers long with 32 stations, 11 electrical substations, two viaducts and an underpass. At one end, at “Sidi Màarouf”, a 70,000 m2 depot was built with a workshop, car wash, service station, systems control center (PCC) and administrative building. At the other end, at “Es Senia”, an 11,750 m2 outdoor train parking area with an administrative control building was built.
