State Road 23 widening and upgrading from north of Argyle Forest Boulevard to south of I-10 (6 miles).

Construction activities included two new lanes between New World Avenue and 103rd Street (State Road 134), change of all existing pavement within project boundaries, construction of new interchanges on New World Avenue, Normandy Boulevard (State Road 228) and 103rd Street (State Road 134), construction of automated toll facilities, construction of anti-noise walls and construction of drains and an underground stormwater system.

Protecnium provided specialized field surveying teams as well as technical office managers who worked on the project design.
